Mill House Phase 2

Phase 2 consisted of the construction of a variety of leisure facilities to compliment the multi-million pound luxury accommodation created in Phase 1.

Set in 26 acres of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Mill House Phase 2 was our second element of works at a property that sensitively mixes a restored Georgian house with attached 16th century mill and a modern extension to create a “family home for life.”

Located in rural Kent, our first phase of works created luxury living accommodation to suit the needs of our client’s growing family.

The renovation, restoration and extension of the severely neglected Georgian House and linked 16th century mill building not only featured in the Sunday Times Property Supplement but won the RIBA “Manser Medal”.

Facilities included the provision of a swimming pool, pavilion, changing rooms, tennis courts, stables, a ménage and outdoor entertainment space for our client’s growing family.
