Deal All Stars FC, a football club for young people and adults, benefitted from donation of a new defibrillator.

College Road

The design and construction of 16 new homes on behalf of one of the UK’s leading RSLs who own over 70,000 properties in England.

The £2.6m housing development comprises 16 new timber frame homes, part-funded by the HCA and as such fully complies with their requirements including HQIs, the Code for Sustainable Homes and Sanctuary’s own Design Guidelines.

The mixed tenure development provides 11 new houses for rent featuring 6 two-beds and 5 three-bed homes. Whereas 5 three-bed houses for shared ownership offer a fantastic opportunity for first time buyers to take their first step on the housing ladder.

All of the homes are modern, spacious and stylish in design comprising two storey accommodation trussed roof with intersecting slate tile finish. The properties have piled foundations, with beam and block ground floor, timber frame superstructure with brick skin.

In partnership with Sanctuary we supported Deal All Stars FC, a football club for young people and adults in Deal who have a learning disability. As part of our joint commitment to the communities in which we work, we provided funding for the provision of a defibrillator to help the club, run entirely by volunteers, meet new FA requirements.
