Description

Demonstration pilot scheme part funded by ‘Interreg’, a key European Union (EU) instrument that strengthens cooperation between regions and countries within the EU. The objective being to turn poor performing mixed tenure 1970’s flats into some of the most energy efficient and sustainable homes in the Borough.
