Description

Whole house retrofit designed to achieve performance of 50kWh/m2/yr heat demand was largely achieved across a number of locations comprising different archetypes.

The works included external wall insulation, new windows and doors, humidity controlled underfloor insulation. Demonstration project included first UK installation of external ‘HomeZero’ energy services modules.
