Construction of two new three bedroom homes in a sensitive and challenging seafront location.

As a result of the confined location and a retaining wall on three sides innovative design and timber frame construction were used.

Due to its seafront environment high performance Sto render was combined with cedar cladding to achieve a stylish solution.

Both properties are finished to a high specification throughout. Such as Duravit sanitary ware and contemporary high gloss kitchen units with integrated appliances and multiplex edged worktop.

Under floor heating improves functionality by removing restrictions of wall hung radiators. Each property has its own outside decked balcony with sea views. Each apartment has access to the beach through a landscaped communal garden.
