Marine Parade

Each apartment has a contemporary open plan living area that is light and spacious to complement its high quality specification.

Marine Parade

A superb elevated position provides the apartments at Marine Parade with breath-taking sea views that also take in the Tankerton Slopes.

The three storey masonry built development known as ‘Forty One’ was undertaken on an infill site so required close liaison with neighbours.

Glass fronted balconies, full height windows and sliding glazed doors providing balcony access exploit the sea views. High performance marine grade powder coated aluminium windows and doors finished in grey were included to withstand the conditions of the seafront environment.

All of the apartments are 2-bedroom with particularly spacious rooms, two bathrooms with an en-suite to the master bedroom, a separate utility room and dedicated storage areas.

Peace of mind for residents is provided by a video-monitored electronically operated front door and gated car park controlled by each apartment.

Energy efficiency is further improved by a zonally controlled ‘wet’ underfloor heating system. This system operates at a lower temperature than conventional systems and creates flexibility for room layouts as the walls are free of radiators. Apartments 4,5,7 and 8 all have the benefit of a lift.
