Description

59 flats over six storeys in three blocks with ground floor commercial space. Progress halted and JCT Contract with original contractor terminated due to multiple design and quality issues, along with non-compliant S106 actions. Remedial works and completion required, plus public square. Enabling Works phase comprised stripping out, reroofing works, intrusive investigations and surveys, highway works, utility ducting and connections and public realm.
