Sir Joseph Williamson’s Mathematical School

Sir Joseph Williamson’s Mathematical School (or ‘the Math’ as it is known locally) is a very popular and regularly oversubscribed boys’ grammar school for nearly 1,200 students.

We delivered a new art and design technology building within the school’s grounds on the site of a former playground.

We are proud that the Da Vinci Block, named following a competition after completion, contributes to the school’s “Outstanding” Ofsted rating.

The Sir Joseph Williamson’s Mathematical School (SJWM) has consistently improved upon its outstanding results and is in the top 100 schools in the country based on GCSE outcomes.

The Executive Principal of SJWM commented, ” We appreciate the care and attention to detail taken by all of those involved in our new Art and Design Technology building. it provides magnificent facilities which we are sure will help further improve on the impressive record of success our students enjoy. Once again many thanks for all that you have done on behalf of our young people.”
