Ness Point wins another award

Ness Point, a design and build project delivered by Coombs, has been recognised for architectural excellence by the Royal Institute of British Architects.

The house constructed on Dover’s White Cliffs was one of 11 projects to win at the RIBA regional awards for Kent and Sussex. This prestigious award follows on from Ness Point winning an NHBC “Pride in the Job” award – which recognises the industry’s best site managers driving quality into house building.

Designed by Tonkin Liu, was described by judges that it had been, “designed as if it had grown out of the land in which it is embedded. It goes further than respecting its setting, to really speak of ‘place’.
